The key to a successful Customer Experience Management (CEM) programme that delivers unique insights into just how and what your customers think and feel about your business, is to ask the right questions. This is not easy. Many think a few questions dropped into a standard format will deliver the required results, without even first understanding just what result the business is looking for. Dare I say it there is a ‘science’ to putting together a short yet targeted survey questionnaire that will deliver insights into just what your customers are thinking, which will then drive the right actions to ensure those key fundamentals are delivered.
