To further support and communicate your customer experience survey results, HOED is offering an online Webinar service. Because our survey results are actionable the opportunity exists to encourage positive change within your teams, by coaching on what went well and what did not, plus any suggestions for improvement. Treat it as a mini training programme to enforce service standards.
After each survey round HOED will invite (via an email link) Store Managers, Staff and any other members of your team, to attend an online Webinar, at an agreed date and time. The online Webinar will be scheduled for no longer than 30 minutes and will include the following content:
– 5 Minutes (Industry trends, new takes, ideas and issues – National)
– 15 Minutes (High-level review of your own Regional and National results)
– 5 Minutes (Suggested areas for improvement and responsibility)
– 5 Minutes (Q&A, Opportunity for your team to ask any questions)
Presentations will be hosted by HOED and will be in the form of a PowerPoint, supported by voice in real-time. There is a single charge per webinar of $495 for Retail NZ members and $595 for non-members plus GST. Teams are able to take part using their smartphones, tablets / laptops or desktop PC’s. Use of a boardroom or a location with a large screen can be ideal for larger groups. Call or email today to confirm your booking.
